With a background of more than 40 years in the military and over 20 years in the business world, Robert “Bobcat” Branyon has compiled an incredible amount of leadership and teamwork experience. As a United States Air Force Academy graduate and Instructor Pilot flying the F-4 Phantom, the F-5 Tiger, the F-16 Fighting Falcon, and the F-15 Eagle, Robert has excelled in the arena of leadership and teamwork. He served as an F-15 Squadron Commander, Group Commander, and Wing Commander, while continuously flying fighter aircraft for an amazing 27 straight years. After commanding the Florida Air National Guard, he retired as a two-star general, with his last assignment at the United States Southern Command as the Deputy Commander for Reserve Affairs.
In his business career, Bobcat has engaged over 180 companies and more than 39,000 business professionals in the United States, the Caribbean, Canada, and Europe, to include multiple Fortune 500 companies. From helping CEOs and their C-level teams with multimillion dollar strategic planning and tactical execution to delivering high-energy keynote addresses to groups of 1000 plus at national conventions, Bobcat brings both the skills and passion to drive exceptional team performance.
